Sunday, August 28th was an exciting day for several of our Trojanettes as they competed in the Miss Essex and Little Miss Essex Pageant. The pageant was held in Trojan Hall at Essex Community School and hosted by City Hall and Mary Ohnmacht. The contestants were interviewed on stage, modeled their evening gowns and had a backstage interview as well. Olivia Baker was crowned Miss Essex and Maelie Ward was crowned Little Miss Essex. First runner up for Miss Essex was Kylie Valdez and Harper Holmes was named first runner up for Little Miss Essex. Second Runner up went to Kirsten Kalkas and Amelia Wanek. Congratulations girls and best of luck as you represent the Essex community!
