High School Band Camp Dates are as follows! Tuesday, Aug 4th-7th and 10th-14th from 10:30-11:30am each day.
If you are going to be in grades 8-12 and are interested in joining the flag corp, please attend as well.

If your 7-12th grade student plans to participate in sports this year, please make sure they have a current sports physical form and a completed concussion form on file before practice begins! Shenandaoh Medical is offering FREE sports physicals by appointment. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Softball Spectator and Small School Vehicle Parking: Spectators and smaller school vehicles (transits, vans, suburbans, etc) should park in the parking lot northeast of the Jr-Sr High School by the tennis courts - 2011 N. 8th St. Admissions is CASHLESS. Concessions is card or cash. More info below.

Please see the new pet policy for IHSAA/IGHSAU sanctioned or sponsored events. Iowa athletic association laws prohibit pets being brought to home or away athletic events.
Senior recognition will be before the start of the Bedford softball game at 5:30 and before the Sidney baseball game at 7:30. They will take place at their respective fields.

Essex will resume its softball game with Bedford on Tuesday, June 23, Senior Night, at 5:30. The game with Sidney will follow the conclusion of the Bedford game.
