Kathy Linke - School Counselor.

I assist students in reaching goals in their academic, career, and personal/social aspects, with a focus on grades 7-12.  I attended three undergraduate colleges - Simpson College, Iowa Western Community College, and Briar Cliff University where I completed a degree in Bachelors of Social Work.  I completed my Master’s of Guidance and Counseling at Northwest Missouri State University.  My  husband Jon is the Director of DC and Fleet Operations for Earl May Seed and Nursery, son Ryan is the 7th/8th grade Band teacher at Creston Schools, and daughter Renae is completing her Master's in Science Education.  We live on a farm raising cattle and growing corn and soybeans.  I love camping, boating, thrill rides, motorcycling, cooking, listening/playing music, animals, trying new things, and having fun.

Sara Tangeman - School Social Worker.

My focus is on students in grades K-6, helping them to develop skills to be responsible, respectful, safe, positive leaders.   I was born and raised in Council Bluffs, I got my undergraduate from Nebraska Wesleyan University and received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I married my husband Nick in October of 2016. He is the IT Manager at Fusion Medical Staffing. Together we enjoy traveling, biking, bowling and walking our two very energetic dogs.

Mellissa Bonnes - School Interventionist

My name is Melissa Bonnes. I am the School Based Interventionist. I work specifically with students in grades 7-12, to help them with attendance, emotional, social, and behavioral issues. I attended Peru State College where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Management. I have lived and worked in southwest Iowa my entire life. My background is in the mental health field where I worked with individuals with disabilities. I am married to Todd, who is a Quality Technician at Eaton Corporation.  My husband and I have three grown children, T.J., Tahrae, and Tanna (all, also Peru State Bobcats), one son-in-law, Stephen (an ISU Cyclone), and two beautiful, gifted grandchildren, Landry and Lieryn. Todd and I live on the Bonnes family farm, on the Fremont County side of Shenandoah. We enjoy family time, occasional travel, and helping raise the chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, sheep, goats, dogs, and cats that call our place home.
